South Korean parcel delivery company CJ Logistics has bought a 50% stake in India’s Darcl Logistics for around $50.6m. The deal would give CJ Logistics a bridgehead into the Indian logistics market and broaden its Asian network.
CJ Logistics has already been expanding its presence in the region with new ventures in the Philippines and Malaysia.
