Emirates Post and Bahrain Post sign deal for postal services automation

Emirates Post and Bahrain Post today signed an agreement under which Emirates Post will install a postal services automation system at post offices across Bahrain, stated a press release

Under the agreement, the postal services automation system will be implemented by Emirates Post through Point of Sales (POS) centers at different post offices which will automate all postal services at the counters and at the back office, and provide better customer service through track and trace facility.

According to the deal, Emirates Post will install a hi-tech automation system through POS machines that will make it possible to handle multiple transactions at a single counter, including handling EMS, registered mail, parcels, private PO Boxes and third party services. – (menareport.com)
