Smartmile returns
Smartmile has introduced a returns service to its delivery platform. Smartmile has developed a cloud-based software platform that connects automated parcel terminals to online shoppers, couriers and retailers. The company aims to build an “open and shared urban delivery infrastructure that makes deliveries in cities more efficient and more convenient”.
The company installed a PackRobot parcel terminal near Stuttgart earlier this year and says it is “now preparing expansion into the next cities in Germany and other European countries”.
