UK Mail announces senior management changes
UK Mail has announced changes to its senior management structure.
Martin Rantle has joined the organisation as Vice President of Sales; Scott Laird has taken on the role of Vice President of Operations; and Ros Hunt has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing.
Rantle will be responsible for driving growth across the parcels business and brings with him nearly 30 years’ experience in various senior positions in TNT in the UK, Europe, Americas and Asia. In recent years he has held board positions at GEFCO UK and Palletline UK and Europe.
With 12 years’ experience in the UK Mail business, Laird is now responsible for all aspects of operations including health and safety and security, as well as network development. This includes the expansion of UK Mail’s processing and delivery capabilities. Laird also joins the UK Mail executive board.
Promoted from Director of Marketing, Ros Hunt will now take on additional responsibility for customer service and product development.
The new roles will report into new UK Mail CEO, Peter Fuller.
“Following the acquisition by Deutsche Post DHL Group, the business has seen significant growth and we have even more ambitious targets for the years ahead,” commented Fuller. “The new management structure and the promotion of my experienced colleagues will ensure we’re in a strong position to capitalise on new opportunities and growth in the market.”
