Culina Group agrees JV with Warrens Group

Culina Group has entered in to a joint venture with Warrens Group, the UK-based provider of baked goods logistics.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

This move follows on from last year’s joint venture with Morgan McLernon and the purchase of remaining shares in CML Fulfillment.

In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (2 March), Culina Group said that it is “actively expanding its ambient logistics business”, and this joint venture with Warrens Group will “significantly strengthen” its market position in the UK. Culina Group added that it will continue developing the relationships with Tesco and Sainsbury’s, which are both long established major clients of Warrens Group.
