On Thursday the Tours county court annulled the redundancy plan of Tat Express, the parcels subsidiary of French post. The subsidiaty had planned to make 479 jobs redundant and to close several branches. The Employment inspection, after revealing 18 violations has established a certified report on the lackof ’employment protection’ contained in this programme.
