Irish An Post recognises need to improve mail service

An Post has said it realises the country’s postal service needs to be significantly improved.

ComReg says there has been some improvement in the service, but that An Post is failing to meet its targets of delivering 94% of mail on time.

Anna McHugh, from An Post, says there should be an improvement in the service soon.
