La Poste Belgium to ensure the future of subsidiary Vicindo
The board of directors of La Poste, after examining the situation of Vicindo, has ordered the realization of a new restructuring plan. The goals of this project aim to clarify and strengthen the position of Vicindo within its market in order to ameliorate its financial situation. At the moment, the company faces a difficult situation as its sector is currently suffering from the effects of general economic climate.
In order to reach the goals of Vicindo, thus ensuring its future, the board of directors of La Poste has also ordered the reinforcement of the shareholding thanks to the contribution of a professional partner which will be active within its sector.
These decisions, which are lined up with the Belgian post Solutions, represent one of the La Poste’s initiatives. According to these, La Poste and its subsidiaries will offer solutions which will suit firms’ needs.
Acting in this way La Poste also guarantees the continuity of the services for its clients.
The management of Vicindo has informed the fabric committee on the decisions of La Poste’s board of directors.
