Hellmann loss, NCN gain

National Courier Network md Micke McCormick confirmed on Tuesday that he has signed up a dozen members from Hellmann Overnight, which collapsed just before Christmas. NCN recruits include YDS based in Yorkshire and Mainland Express of Northampton.
Paallet-Track, which plans to launch on January 30, has also taken several Hellmann members including Easleigh-based Hampshire Freight Services where md James Martuccio says the collapse of Hellmann could cost his firm £30,000.
Kings Lynn-based Lynn Star md Royston Down confirms that his firm has joined Pallet-Track from Hellmann.
