Fast response gets results

Strong demand for same-day services from Europe¡¦s automotive sector pushed In Time Direkt-Kuriers¡¦s results for last year to record levels.
The german emergency logistics provider increased its turnover by 12% to „¡30m with its operating margin at a new high of 6%.
¡§Purchase orders are frequently revised, often at very short notice, so that conventional express providers operating with hub-and-spoke networks cannot respond fast enough,¡¨ said MD dieter Bartels.
The company has forecast an ambitious 20% revenue growth for this year after a strong first quarter.
It recently opened offices in Hamburg and Saarbrucken and will open another two sites in Cologne and Helsingborg, Sweden.
