Polish-Croatian PUDO cooperation announced

The Polish company Pointpack and the retail chain store Studenac d.o.o are starting partnership cooperation in the field of pick up and drop off courier parcels in Croatia (PUDO).

Studenac, which has more than 1,250 stores, is the new foreign partner of Pointpack in introducing courier’s additional services in the local grocery stores in carrierneutral network . The chain store is constantly strengthening its leading position in the Croatian market. The service of sending and picking up parcels in the Studenac’s network will be launched in approximately 500-600 partner stores in 2024. Thanks to close cooperation between partners, customers will ultimately also be able to use the Cash On Delivery (COD) service as a payment method.

Pointpack is responsible for integration with courier companies and IT processes and operational support. Cooperation is important in the development of foreign courier services and constitutes a strong basis for further, consistent building of partnerships in this area.
