DHL Express to offer “customers and their shoppers more precise and personalised delivery options”

DHL Express has announced a new partnership with TOSHI, the on-demand and hyper-local provider that is transforming the last mile from a functional necessity into an exceptional experience. The partnership will enable DHL Express to offer additional final mile options, helping to meet the needs of today’s shoppers looking for ultimate speed, control, and convenience.

DHL Express e-commerce customers can now offer shoppers premium delivery options within the M25 area, including shopper selected one or two hour delivery windows, seven days a week between 10am – 8pm. The service can simply be switched on by DHL customers, so no new systems or investment are required, and shoppers will automatically be presented with the additional paid options when they receive their delivery notification.

Abi Brodie, VP DHL Express said: “We are delighted to partner with TOSHI, a company that shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. By integrating TOSHI’s technology, we can offer our customers and their shoppers more precise and personalised delivery options, enhancing the final mile and arguably most important element of the e-commerce experience.”

Sojin Lee, Founder and CEO of TOSHI said: “DHL is a global leader in express logistics, famous for quality, speed and reliability. With DHL’s strong presence in the premium e-commerce market, this partnership allows us to expand our reach, ensuring that more shoppers are able to enjoy a superior and luxury delivery experience”.

All TOSHI deliveries are made via a fully electric fleet, aligning with DHL’s ongoing commitment to reduce emissions across its network and its ongoing roll-out of electric vehicles.
