DHL Group has announced the opening of a new DHL IT Services (ITS) center in Indore, underscoring its long-term commitment to India as a hub for digital innovation and technology talent. This marks the fifth DHL ITS center and the first dedicated technology training academy in the country, adding to its strong presence in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
As part of DHL Group, DHL IT Services is the digital backbone of the world’s leading logistics company, powered by nearly 6,000 IT professionals worldwide. The team ensures DHL runs seamlessly 24/7 by delivering secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. By harnessing advanced technologies and adhering to Group-wide standards, DHL ITS drives digital innovation that strengthens operations and elevates customer experience across the globe. With the launch of the Indore center, DHL ITS now counts nearly 6,000 experts globally, including 1,300 in India.
The expansion of DHL ITS is part DHL Group’s ongoing commitment to India, with investments announced over the past few years to expand its operations and upgrade its facilities to support growing customer demand.
