CEVA Logistics unifies Colis Privé and PAACK under one brand

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics, has announced the integration of Colis Privé and PAACK under a single brand identity. This development marks a significant step in the expansion of its last-mile delivery services across Europe.

Operating in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, the combined business delivers 150 million parcels annually through a network of more than 17,000 out-of-home delivery points. By uniting the Colis Privé and PAACK networks, the Group will simplify delivery management for e-commerce retailers operating across multiple European markets and provide a more consistent delivery experience.

The unified brand brings together two complementary strengths: Colis Privé’s operational scale and established local presence, and PAACK’s technology capabilities.

The combined business covers five European markets and has a network of more than 17,000 out-of-home delivery points, including 8,000 in France, 1,500 in Belgium and 8,000 in Spain. This footprint enables it to offer e-commerce retailers cross-border delivery solutions through an integrated European network, with services tailored to their needs at both local and international levels.

The combined offering prioritises service quality, reliability and a simple delivery experience for both e-commerce retailers and consumers.

Operational benefits already in place

The integration of Colis Privé and PAACK has already delivered an initial joint delivery solution for a major international retailer.

This first implementation demonstrates the value of the combined model for e-commerce retailers by simplifying delivery management across multiple European markets, providing access to complementary networks and supporting a more consistent delivery experience.

Strengthening the end-to-end logistics offering of CEVA Logistics and the CMA CGM Group

This development supports the ambition of CEVA Logistics and the CMA CGM Group to provide customers with integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions.

By strengthening its last-mile delivery offering across Europe, CEVA Logistics is reinforcing a vital part of the e-commerce supply chain and extending its reach closer to end consumers.

PAACK will support major accounts and e-commerce retailers with integrated solutions that combine logistics expertise, technology innovation and operational excellence.

The new brand identity will be rolled out progressively to customers and partners from January 2027.
