Posten Norge, the Norwegian Post Office, will spend NOK29.5mn (US$3.5mn) to
acquire a 95% stake in 1to1 Factory. 1to1 Factory is in the
business-to-consumer e-commerce market and it manages e-commerce for
Sportmann, Dressmann, Expert, Click Fotoservice and Cubus. 1to1 Factory is a
subsidiary of E-Line Group.
