KnowledgePoint has appointed DHL Express to provide its mailing services in an open-ended contract up for review every two years.

KnowledgePoint has appointed DHL Express to provide its mailing services in an open-ended contract up for review every two years.

The Berkshire-based digital printer mails out items including training manuals, courseware, student guides and conference and seminar packs.

Knowledge Point has used DHL as a secondary supplier for seven years but moved the bulk of its print work to the service provider in 2008.

Paul Gibbons, KnowledgePoint director, said: “The decision to use DHL was based on the quality of the service. It’s vital to us that our customers receive their product when they want it and where they want it – which is not always a straightforward process.

“Timescales and destinations can be very demanding and DHL have matched the rigour we require with their breadth of expertise throughout the EMEA and their systems’ capability to deliver to meet our customer demands.”
