Imail launches low-cost black and white service

The new black and white option for double-sided letters is available for 29p per item, making it the cheapest solution of its kind currently available in the UK and offering savings of up to 65 per cent, reports UK Mail. The charge for sending a double-sided A4 letter will start from just 29p, with each additional side costing 2p up to a maximum of 8 sides.

The black and white service will enable companies to create, customise and send double-sided letters via an easy-to-use use web browser or downloaded print driver. The solution complements the existing full-colour offering available for letters, flyers, mailshots and postcards, providing a low cost alternative to communicating with customers, prospects, partners and suppliers. It is suitable for companies of all sizes and offers considerable savings when taking into consideration printing, production and postage costs.

With the need to print, envelope and frank mail effectively eliminated, sending mail via the black and white service is not only completed in a fraction of the time compared with a traditional solution but also removes costly production overheads. This makes it ideal for last minute and targeted campaigns or offers with users able to send their mailings as late as 6pm for nationwide delivery.  The service also affords flexibility through its option of one or two day definite delivery.
