SWIFT Postal hits the road

SWIFT Postal will be visiting each continent over the course of 2010 in a bid to understand the differing needs of postal organisations around the world. SWIFT Postal launches their Road show in tandem with their new concept “3 Customer Channels, 1 Software Platform” – where the company aims to bring various postal solutions into a single back end.

The company has already deployed such solutions in various locations and admits that each country’s needs were somewhat different. However, the win was to maintain one single platform. SWIFT Postal’s road show aims at understanding these differences further.

SWIFT Postal claims that their new concept gives postal operators a new dimension. “Postal services have realised that we need to move forward. Today we hear a lot of talk of CRM and Business Intelligence and we believe that SWIFT can take postal services that last mile in achieving this,” says Joseph Sultana, managing director of SWIFT Postal.

“SWIFT Postal has helped postal organisations reduce costs, introduce new revenue streams, employ new channels and even privatise their operation. We aim to share this knowledge and bring new technologies and concepts to the boardroom,” he added.
