Mail & Express Delivery Show tomorrow – last chance to register

There is now only one day to go before the Mail & Express Delivery Show (MEDS) kicks-off in London. The industry-leading event will take place on 21 April at the Novotel London West, Hammersmith.

A unique forum that brings together operators, industry suppliers and high volume generators of post and parcels, MEDS tackles the key issues in the market, with a high-profile range of industry speakers and an accompanying showcase exhibition.

Under the banner of ‘A New Dawn or the Morning After?’ speakers include: Stephen Agar, Royal Mail Wholesale; Susan Barton, Accenture; Mark Bigley, Secured Mail; Carole Woodhead, Hermes; and Tim Brown, Postcomm.

Among numerous topics, delegates will hear: what is the future for mail after the recession; how have carriers and shippers prepared for the post-recessionary environment; how new technologies can invigorate the market; and what lessons are to be learnt from the economic downturn?

Speaking on the event, Leon Deakin, Virgin Media’s supplier relationship manager, said: “The Mail & Express Delivery Show enables us to meet more of our current suppliers and discover further opportunities faster, that’s why we are attending again in 2010.”

Sponsors for the event include: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UK Mail, Secured Mail, Intermec, Citipost, Belgian Post International, and Palletways, with Post&Parcel a media partner for the must-attend event.
