ByBox acquires PPR

ByBox Field Support has acquired PPR Solutions – a outsourced engineering company. A statement said: “The rationale for the acquisition was clear from both sides. ByBox provides PPR with the scale and technology required to make another step-change in growth; PPR provides ByBox with the ability to provide ByBox’ customers with high-end outsourced engineering as part of Thinventory^TM – ByBox’ end-to-end field service software platform.”

Earlier this year ByBox acquired Newcotech – a tech-courier serving the IT, retail and telco sectors. PPR will extend the profile of engineering services that ByBox is able to offer.
