Moulds promoted at TNT Express

TNT Express has announced the appointment of Bryan Moulds as the regional general manager for the Middle East. Moulds will take up his new role on January 1.

Previously country general manager for the UAE since 2006, Moulds will in his new role be responsible for the TNT entities in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as TNT agents in the Mideast and sub‐continental countries.

Moulds said: “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to lead the Middle East region. My experience developing the UAE market for TNT Express has been both challenging and exciting in equal measure. Despite the turbulence of the past year for the wider market, the TNT Express UAE operation has seen continued growth and development.  I am looking forward to working with the other local markets to continue this success.”

Moulds has more than 10 years of experience with TNT Express in the region.

Having initially joined TNT in the UK in 1989, Moulds moved to the Middle East in 2000. With extensive experience spanning a variety of sales, marketing and management positions, most recently as general manager of the UAE, Moulds led the organisation in achieving extraordinary growth and consistently exceeding financial targets.

Mark Gunton, managing director, TNT Express Americas, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) said: “Bryan’s track record within the region is exemplary and his knowledge of the unique operating requirements of our Middle East customers has proven invaluable. We wish him all the best in his new role and look forward to seeing continued success and growth throughout the Middle East.”
