DIRECT: ROYAL MAIL STARTS ONE-STOP SHOP FOR MAIL MEDIA

Royal Mail has launched a resource called the Mail Media Centre, aimed at promoting the use of mail-based routes to market among the UK’s leading advertisers.

The centre is designed as a one-stop shop for research and advice about the role mail media can play in brand marketing strategies.

Located near Covent Garden, it features resources called Infobank, which is a central information store on DM; ResultsLab, which includes a Campaign Toolkit to aid DM strategy planning and performance; and an independent consultancy.

Its launch comes at a time when the growth of mail media is outstripping that of other channels. Copyright 2001 Marketing. Source: World Reporter (Trade Mark) – FT McCarthy.
