Danzas Belgiums activities to be amalgamated and renamed Speedpack

Deutsche Post is to amalgamate the national distribution activities of Danzas Belgium into a separate judicial structure called Speedpack. This will take effect on 1 January 2002. The new company unit will form part of Van Gend & Loos Euro Express and will mainly focus on offering customised transport services. Deutsche Post World Net indicates that it has been streamlining its activities in various European countries for some time and states that the move is part of this strategy.
