The Norbert Dentressangle Group has purchased Dutch warehousing specialist Van Mierlo which recorded turnover of €25m in 2001.
A statement from Norbert Dentressangle said the move would have a positive impact on the group’s 2002 results. Dentressangle has also signed a five-year contract with Ikea in the Netherlands to supply its Netherlands and Belgium stores. The group already operates French and UK logistics bases for Ikea.
