Australia Post rolls out “postal superstores” in major cities

Australia Post has opened two more “postal superstores” in Adelaide and Perth as part of the ongoing rollout of 30 such retail centres across the country. Today, the company opened South Australia’s flagship postal “superstore” in Adelaide following a $1 million transformation. The superstore at Rundle Mall features 12 counters tailored to different customer requirements and a digital essentials zone in-store to allow customers to shop online via iMacs and iPads, while 24/7 parcel lockers will be installed in the next few months.
