SSI shifts base to Hythe

Kent based Sanderson & Hayward International (SSI) has moved to new and larger premises at Lympne Industrial park in Hythe. The new sites close proximity to the Channel Tunnel means that the company can now offer importers from continental Europe a guaranteed next-day delivery of consignments of one to four pallets, and a 48 hour service through its membership of Palletline.
Guy Sayward, directore of SSI says: We are actively promoting our new transit hub as the first point in the UK from the Channel Tunnel for importers to access the Palletline network. We can report there is already a large take-up of this facility from importing businesses around the country.
The new service provides inbound transport companies with the option of bringing cargo for mixed destinations throughout the UK.
