USPS – No mail is not good mail

The federal government is done playing post office.Uncle Sam is considering serious steps to stop the financial bleeding by the U.S. Postal Service.

As far as the Texas Panhandle is concerned, the best option available is reducing post office hours, rather than shutting down a post office altogether.
This is the preferable option for area residents, many of whom had community meetings in the past week with Postal Service officials to discuss the future of their post office.
