Neopost Acquires DCS

Neopost Ltd, one of UK’s suppliers of mail solutions, as well as communication and shipping solutions, announced that it has finalised the acquisition of Data Capture Solutions Ltd in the UK. Data Capture Solutions Ltd (DCS) provide a wide range of information management software and service solutions targeted at improving business efficiency.

Established in 1996, DCS is based in Slough, UK and has 43 employees. The company has built partnerships with over 400 clients to supply software solutions and services across multiple industry sectors. During this period, DCS have evolved their services from document scanning into business process automation through the development of a portfolio of software solutions.
