FedEx opening new Kansas distribution centre
FedEx will be opening a new distribution centre in Bel Aire, Kansas next week, according to local reports. According to The Wichita Business Journal, FedEx Ground expects the facility at 5180 Industry Drive in Bel Aire’s Sunflower Commerce Park near 53rd Street North and Webb Road to be fully operational Monday (28 September).
FedEx is reportedly relocating from an existing facility on Regency Park which is about five miles away from the new centre. The move will reportedly give FedEx about double the space.
