UK farmers First Milk signs up Wincanton for Welsh collections

Wincanton has strengthened its client base within the dairy industry after signing an agreement with First Milk.
The UKs largest wholly farmer-owned milk business through an amalgamation between Axis Milk and Scottish Milk, chose Wincanton after it demonstrated significant cost savings over its competitors.
A total of 60 trucks, 50 of which are articulated tankers, will operate out of two sites in Wales, Felinfach and Whitland, and make collections from 1,200 Welsh farms.
