ArrowXL say it is ready for Black Friday
UK two-man home delivery specialist ArrowXL has announced that it is “poised in readiness for Black Friday”. The company specialises in large, fragile and bulky items up to 120kg, which are delivered by two-man service delivery teams into the customer’s home and into their room of choice.
“We’ve been planning for months with senior members of our 600-strong customer experience teams who work across our UK-wide network of four hubs (Wigan, Worcester, Airdrie, Enfield) and 23 satellite delivery bases,” said Ian Howell, the CEO of ArrowXL.
“This has seen us work closely with our clients and their trading forecasts to understand their detailed requirements, so we are able to manage peak sales efficiently and effectively.
“Our highest priority is to meet customer expectations with additional service delivery teams and transport arrangements in place.
“Importantly, we’ve introduced extra support for client and customer services with the recent launch of our new self-serve order tracking for customer queries.”
As well as six days a week delivery and collections, the company provides a range of in-home services such as white goods connection, assembling flat-pack furniture and an unpacking, positioning and packaging removal service.
