The company is also going to increase investments by 50 per cent for its Express business in the country.
TNT is planning to launch more customised services to zero in on the retail market. The special services that the company plans to launch will be targeted at the biotech and pharmaceuticals market. TNT has already introduced customised service brands `Scholar Pack’ and Rakhi Pack’ in the market.
Sancheti said India was among the top 4 markets for the company in Asia and Middle East.
“India is going to be our second most critical market in the Asia region in the next two years. Our target is to increase our market share in the country to 25 per cent in the next five years,” he added.
