TNT Logistics invests more to expand

TNT Logistic (Thailand) will invest about 300 million baht a year over the next five years to expand its business.

TNT Logistic (Thailand) is investing 110 million baht this year to set up warehouses in Haad Yai, Phuket, Ubol Ratchathani, and Udorn Thani, to increase the number of its warehouses nationwide to 24. TNT’s mid-term plan calls for investing about 300 million baht a year over the next five years to expand its courrier, express mail and logistics businesses.

In 2003 TNT expects its international express delivery service will grow 20 per cent, its domestic express delivery service will grow 20 – 25 per cent, and its logistics service will grow 30 per cent. TNT now serves 12 clients in Thailand with its logistics network.
