Canadian, Israeli postal services and TPG seek to invest in Bulgarian Post

While the Bulgarian government deliberates over operating Bulgarian Posts as a concession or a joint venture, Canadian, Dutch and Israeli postal services have already expressed a keen interest to invest.
Both Canada Post and TPG are keen to obtain a 15 year concession right to run Bulgarian Posts, investing some Eur 35.9 to 51.2m in order to maximise on Bulgarias potential as a regional hub for mail and parcel traffic to the Balkans.
