Ofcom changing publishing schedule for postal tracker

The UK communications market regulator Ofcom is changing the publication frequency of its Residential and Business Postal Tracker, moving from quarterly to annually. In a statement issued today (11 January), Ofcom added that this change will mean that the data for the 2015 calendar year will be published in February 2016.

The survey is designed to measure and assess usage and attitudes towards postal services among UK adults (aged 16+), and to understand their postal needs and reactions to potential changes in postal services.
