eBay launches platform to help boost Mexican SMEs’ exports

eBay has announced the launch of its new Crece Con eBay platform, which is designed to support the international growth of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SME) in Mexico. In a statement issued yesterday (8 September), eBay commented: “In Mexico, SMEs represent a foundational piece of the country’s economy as they have a major impact on job creation and revenue generation. SMEs account for up to 72% of all jobs in Mexico up to 52% of gross domestic product.

“Only one in ten SMEs, however, has a website to sell their products or services, an issue that limits their reach in international markets.”

The Crece Con eBay service will support SMEs’ export activities with tutorials, user guides, real-time support capabilities, and by give help in organizing logistics.

The platform is available at: https://www.crececonebay.com
