Centiro expands offering for online retailers

Centiro has launched “Centiro Delivery Options” – which it says will help retailers to offer more dynamic and tailored online delivery services to their customers – and also announced that it is exploring further opportunities with Zalando. Niklas Hedin, CEO of Centiro, said: “We see an increasing focus from our work with leading brands to connect all the dots in the digital shopping experience, where the service offering around delivery and returns is proven critical to success.”

Hedin continued: “Choice is not enough: sticking to promises made to customers is equally critical to loyalty and returning sales. Centiro Delivery Options enables retailers to segment and further manage promises, optimising sales at a time where customer acquisition and retention is paramount.”

In related news, Centiro also announced: “Next to other customers implementing Centiro Delivery Options, the fashion eCommerce company Zalando will explore further opportunities with Centiro too, to propel in speed and innovation on how delivery is offered on their platform.”
