Amazon begins US grocery deliveries from Whole Foods Market

Amazon has started offering free two-hour delivery of Whole Foods Market products through Prime Now in selected US markets.

The service is going live for Prime customers in Cincinnati, Dallas and Virginia Beach today (8 February), and Amazon said there are plans to expand across the US in 2018.

Customers can shop from Whole Foods Market selection at www.primenow.com or by using the Prime Now app available on Android and iOS devices.

Prime members receive two-hour delivery for free and delivery within one hour for $7.99 on orders of $35 or more. Deliveries are available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Amazon completed its purchase of Whole Foods Market – which operates a chain of over 470 stores in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom – in August 2017.
