Bulgarian express delivery company Speedy has been considering plans to buy Rapido Express and Logistics, according to local sources.
Reports in local media say that Speedy could pay between €6m and €12m – depending on Rapido’s financial results – and the deal would need to be approved by the regulatory authorities.
