Empresa Nacional de Correos de Bolivia strives to keep afloat

Ricardo Pinto, chairman of the board of the Bolivian state owned postal service Ecobol (Empresa Nacional de Correos de Bolivia), comments corruption and economic deficit have caused the collapse of the company that has a BsD8mil deficit. Ecobol has engaged in restructuring, slashing an excessive labor force, and its survival is pending upon the Mail Bill.
