Palletline has ordered a new generation of track and trace equipment for use throughout the network folowing positive results from trials at 6 depots. Chairman Bob Russett says that the network is upgrading the bespoke system and introducing new systems in stages – there is no big bang approach. The system includes online signature capture from the cab, which will be fully operational for customers by early next year.
