UPN’s growth continues

UK Pallet Network has announced three new members – D&D Transport, Cross Country Carriers, and Three Legged Transport.

For over 25 years Nottingham based D&D Transport has been providing a wide range of haulage, warehousing, and storage services to companies in the area. They see membership of UPN as a natural extension of their business.

“Throughout our growth over the years D&D Transport has maintained our reputation for excellence thanks to our unwavering commitment to each of our clients,” said D&D Transport MD Dave Palmer, “Joining UPN has been a logical next step for us. They are a company that shares our own strong business values. I am really excited about the opportunities that this new partnership is going to introduce for D&D Transport”.

Cross Country Carriers celebrated its 40th anniversary as a business last year and has been providing pallet distribution services since 1978. The Suffolk-based general haulage company has a broad customer base throughout the UK. Cross Country Carriers will be handling some CB and IP postcodes.

“Cross Country Carriers pride ourselves in responding quickly and efficiently to meet customer requirements and provide a high quality, professional service,” said Managing Director – Jon Humphry, “I am confident that UPN can match our demanding requirements with its “Unique IQ” service proposition”.

Dorset-based Three Legged Transport are a diverse business handling single pallet delivery right up to temperature controlled full load shipments.

Three Legged Transport will be handling BH Postcodes.

“In 2019 we’ve now brought in eight high calibre new members,” commented UPN Managing Director – David Brown, “It is proving to be a fantastic year for UPN as our business is showing record volume growth in advance of our imminent move to our new hub. These new additions will be significant for us as we take our company to the next level”.
