Kenya to host the next UPU Congress in 2008
The 23rd UPU Congress in Romania decided this morning that the next UPU Congress will be held in Kenya in 2008. Kenya was standing against the United Arab Emirates which has offered to host the 24th Congress in Dubai. Just over 57% of the 150 member countries present voted in favour of the Kenyan capital of Nairobi as the next host city.
