Williams Lea, the privately-owned business document outsourcing group, has secured a £225m contract with Norwich Union to outsource the insurance group’s document services. In a contract thought to be the largest of its kind in the financial services sector, Williams Lea will take on all Norwich Union’s laser print, mailing, archiving postal and reprographics activities for 10 years. Norwich Union’s 500 document staff will all be transferred to Williams Lea.
