Hybrid Post services usually involve an online interface where you either upload letter files or even type in your letter, some hybrid mail providers use downloadable software similar to common word processing software. The Hybrid post provider will then print, enclose, and post your letter for you and for less than the price of a stamp.
Most Hybrid Mail and Hybrid Post providers also use a bulk printing service which uses less power on average than using smaller printers. But in addition they could be using a Down Stream Access provider to pre-sort your letter to reduce the transportation required to get your letter to the desired destination. Down Stream Access posting can even speed up the delivery of some mail items, especially when you use international hybrid post services.
