Spanish Seur To Build 7.0 Mln Euro Office Centre in Seville

Spanish express mail courier Seur SA will build a 7.0 mln euro ($8.9 mln) office centre in Seville, Andalusia region, southern Spain, the company said on October 27, 2004.

The centre, whose construction has already started, will be part of Carretera de la Isla industrial park. It will be built on a 30,000 sq m land plot. The centre will consist of a two-floor office building, 8,200 sq m industrial premises and a 1,700 sq m parking lot for over 150 vans and lorries. The office building, where 75 will work, will cover an area of 800 sq m.

Seur (www.seur.es) started operating in 1942 in Madrid and Barcelona, northeastern Spain. At present, the company has 3,800 vehicles and 7,700 employees.
