TPN members plan future strategy

The Pallet Networks members met last week to tour its new hub near Rugby and to discuss future strategy. Chariman Richard Eldred says the hub move at the beginning of January went smothly: We were aware that some networks have experiended operational problems immediately after moving so we spend a lot of time planning the intricacies of how hub operations would take place. We were delighted that these plans fell very much into place from the first nights at the start of January, with virtually no teething problems at all, he says.
The 21,000sqm site is next to the M6 at J1. It can take 14 trunk vehicles being unloaded, which has improved turnaround times. Eldred says TPN is resuming its search for new members.
