Two questionnaires have been sent out : one to the main postal stakeholders in Belgium (members of the “Postal Services Advisory Board” and private postal operators), the other to national regulatory authorities in Europe. The questionnaire to stakeholders aims to gather information on the current size and structure of the Belgian postal marketplace, understand their views and expectations as regards the future European and domestic regulatory framework and the role of the postal regulator.
