PUDO Inc (PUDOpoint Counters) has partnered with ZigZag Global to provide a convenient last mile solution for North America.

Some of the world’s biggest retailers rely on ZigZag’s best-in-class solution to deliver a smooth returns experience for their customers who will now be able to select from thousands of convenient PUDOpoint Counters locations.

Tackling first and last-mile delivery issues continues to be at the forefront of the minds of e-commerce companies, with 78% claiming it is the most inefficient process of the entire supply chain. Likewise, a smooth returns process is now paramount to both a retailer’s bottom line and customer experience.
