Postcomm issues a long term licence to Racer

Postcomm today (26 May 2005) issued a long term licence to Racer Consultancy Management Services Ltd, to provide bulk mail, consolidation and tracked business-to-business services.

The text of the licence can be found on Postcomm’s website www.psc.gov.uk. Printed copies are available from Postcomm at 6 Hercules Road London SE1 7DB.

Notes
Following consultation, Postcomm considers that the services provided by Racer will have no appreciable adverse effect on the provision of a universal service throughout the UK and will further the interests of users by promoting competition between postal operators.
